Bleeding issues! All ideas welcome!

Soooooo.... starting 54 days ago, I've bled about 50 days, cramping ALL THE TIME and headache every day. The other night I was in the hospital due to anemia and SEVERE migraine. They did an ultrasound, bloodwork, pelvic exam and urinalysis. They have found NOTHING wrong, beside low iron (obviously). They haven't been able to do a PAP yet because the blood will through off the results. I'm getting beyond frustrated and wishing they could figure out what the hell is going on with me.

I DO have Implanon in my arm for birth control. I've had it for 2 years with no major issues, really. Could it suddenly start to bother me like this?! I'm trying to think of anything I can do to stop all of this. Tomorrow I have another appointment with my OB/GYN.

Any ideas?
