should i go or wait?

Hi everyone im currently 37 weeks 2cm dilated. I have an appointment with my ob tommorw. But i been having contractions all day today. I took a bath to see if it would help but didnt. Now there about 3-5 mins apart. Should i just wait til my appointment tommrow? Plus some sharp pains on my side but those stoped

When i gt up to walk i have to like stop because i feel so much pressure

Not always, sometimes they have to break it.
Two out of three broke on their own, but with my youngest they had to break it.

I was in pre-labor with contractions 3 minutes apart for about 8 hours and then my water broke and after that I went into active labor.

Once ur water breaks u have to go asap because infection can set in
