real labour.. ?

i called my doula and she said it sounds like early early labour
I'm 40 weeks 1 day since yesterday I've been getting a crazy amount of BH contractions, and they felt like period pains & back pains at the same time as the BH. When i walked yesterday they got more painful

They kind of disapeared and im getting less today. She said take a warm shower and if they get worse labour is close.. well I took one and they got easier but didnt completely go away. Havent lost mucus plug or anything =(

Idk if its real labour or not. She said sleep if I can and eat healthy.. and in the morning take a long walk
sound like labour is coming??

I was told if it stops then its not real labor.

This sucks... I want it to be real labour so bad. I'm just going to go to bed and see what happens. If nothing I'll take a walk in the morning when I get up

It doesnt stop it just keeps coming and going but its been happening since yesterday
