Am I being overly dramatic

I had a dental procedure done yesterday. It was supposed to relieve the pain

Right now my tooth is throbbing and I cannot even touch that tooth. It feels like lightening.

I was told that if I went back to the Dental ER in pain, they would pull the tooth.

I am so wicked depressed. Like almost suicidal depressed. It's taken over all my thinking. I just sit here. I need to clean but can't seem to get up to do it. I just don't give a damn.

I've been crying every night for 4 days over this. I thought they would pull my tooth yesterday but they just did a pulpotomy.

And just to throw it out there, it is the tooth right next to my front teeth, on the top. So it's very very visible

I can't seem to get past this. Am I making too big of a deal out of this?

I would be absolutely devastated if I had to get a visible tooth pulled. I would be in the same boat. I don't think you are being overly dramatic IMO.

Yes, in my opinion. Over looks, you're suicidal, and that's a red flag. My front teeth are chipped so badly that I only have about 40% of my front teeth left. Gives me character. ;)

Can they give you something temporary in place of it?

Go back and have them pull it. I know it's noticeable but you can get a permanent implant to go there. And it won't hurt anymore!

I don't have money for an implant and I don't know what my insurance would cover

I'm in treatment and on meds and know all the numbers if I go into crisis.

This tooth thing is just depressing the smurf outta me. And I'm only now getting the handle of "normal" emotions so it's odd

implants are a smurf load of money, my mom has to get 3 implants which are going to cost her 10k.
