pregnancy tests?

So I've posted a couple of times on here but me and my fiance are ttc and I took a test today one of the CVS brand ones with the + line in the positive window,I followed the instructions like it said and I sat it and watched the screens as the " fluid" passed through them and as soon as it hit the positive window a line showed up that is not a control line and then disappeared as the control lines showed up what does this mean? I've used these before and this has never happened before

Usually thats just from the urine hitting it...if it's positive it will stay.

It looked like there was a faint line after but I hate hpt

No I didn't,it was very faint,I've heard the blue dye tests aren't that reliable

They really aren't. If your walmart has them look into getting an 88 cent test from there. I got a really early bfp on one.

I'm going to test in a few days,I'm having some pregnancy symptoms but af is still like two weeks out,I'm really confused right now because I don't PMS early

You probably are just not ovulating then unless you ovulated early.

If I didn't ovulate then that would mean conception I am very regular

You have to ovulate to get pregnant.

I was told I was NOT ovulating and was anovulatory. We were doing different tests because I thought I had a tumor slowly starting on my pituitary gland so we did a few different tests. One was the hcg quant test. It came back <1 which is not pregnant I had it done a little less then 2 weeks later and it came back very much pregnant. I asked the dr how if I hadn't had a period in over 80 days! She said an egg could drop whenever. So I guess you don't have to have your period to release an egg and it is possible to not ovulate some months.

Nope but you have to ovulate to conceive...that is 100%. I went from Sept to Dec with no period in 08. In Dec I finally ovulated and Peyton was conceived!

Yeah you have a daughter to prove it and I have a baby in my tummy to prove it lol!! Our bodies are crazy! My sister was regular and was told she was not ovulating at the time =/ so our bodies have minds of their own pretty much lol!

I have pcos now...boo! But hey b/c and metformin worked for me!   I went from like May to August without a period but the b/c and metformin made me regulate.

I can usually tell when I ovulate,I've had my period since I've been ten, I had some spotting last week and didn't think anything of it but who knows I'm goin to see the ob/gyn soon so I know what is going on esp since I'm having symptoms and af is two weeks out roughly
