normal toddler sharing?

my son is almost 13mo old. And he likes to take turns. I'm thinking it's because he likes to see how others do it maybe? But he hands toys back and forth with me and his friends. I'm sure when he gets older he will probably go through a Non-sharing stage. But is this normal?

My LO is a sharer. She lobes to share toys and snacks.. she's now 17m. I've seen kids @ her age be downright ugly and hateful about sharing and snatching..

Yep, my boys were the same. Now, my 3 year old still likes to give something to share, but you have to give it back after like 2 seconds. lol.

I wish my daughter was the sharing kind. Lol. She may share with me every once in a while, but not with other kids. She is a meanie.

He trades toys too. If his friend has what he wants he gets him something and gives it to him, then takes the toy he wanted. It seems kinda mean but everyone is happy at that point.
