Quoting Mama of 3 :" i was barely eating any, and have already tried cuting carbs out before and never got this much of a ... [snip!] ... i love the shakes, and feel a lot more energetic since starting, but that can be the side affects of cutting carbs too i guess."
I'm not trying to be rude, and I know it came off that way. I guess I get tired of people doing all these gimmicky things, and selling others on them instead of people just learning to eat right and exercise,. Then these same people gain back the weight, but now theres a huge segment of people continuing to try these produces. Worse there are people who then think if they can't afford these crazy expensive shakes, they can't lose weight.
Portion control and exercise will work unless you have a medical condition. "Plans" that focus around eating well, moving, and eating smaller amounts are good because they teach people how to eat, so they won't gain back the weight.
And really, eating clean is about the best thing people can do. Shakes full of chemicals are NOT clean.
