It says free shipping on your order of $49.99 or more. My subtotal is $119 but it is not giving me free shipping. I can not figure out why. Anyone have any ideas?!?!?!

I work for toys r us. The website will sometimes give a hard time during holiday season. Call into the nearest store and have them do it for you.

I just did all my christmas shopping through them, and it gave me free shipping... I would call someone and see whats going on.
