Oh wow, hopefully mine doesn't go up that high! I'm a little reassured for now lol
I'm assuming after this or my next appointment that's what they are gonna wanna do. I've been going every two weeks for a while now.

just make sure to keep an eye on things because with BP, things can change in an instant.

Take some magnesium supplements too. Mine was 180/100, I started taking magnesium and I am now measuring 110/65 the last month.
