What did you do during your

last weeks of appointments?

I have my 35 week apptt next tuesday. Im sure well do nothing different other then bp check, and them ask there usual questions. Then I go once a week after that. What did you ladies do at your every week appt?

The usual plus a cervix check.

left some pee in a cup  

Pee'd in a cup, had BP and weight checked. Measured my uterus. I think that's it  

I didnt make it past 35 weeks but when i was at my 35 week apt my doc told my next apt we would start checking me. So i guess the norm along with checking your lady bits.

Pee in a cup, check weight and BP, get cervical checks.

LOL! I know... and with a big ol' belly in the way, it's hard to see if you're holding the cup in the right spot!

Okay so they might start doing cervical checks. It's so weird I had abnormal cells with baby number 1 so I had a pap every appt. This time they disappeared which is a good thing but on had on pap and that was my first appt.

group b strep at 36 weeks then the normal fun stuff

Idk if it's from my cramping, lower back pain, or tons of pelvic pressure and dull pain in my stomach and back, but I keep having a reaccuring dream that I start labor before my due date. Ahh and the nursery isn't even close to ready. I still need a stroller and a bunch of other things. But goodness I can't find the energy between working 40 hours and my 2 year old whom wont sleep!

I don't know if it is just because I go to a high risk OB since I am a high risk pregnancy but at 34 or 35 weeks (can't remember exactly) they started doing NST's twice a week and an ultrasound for fluid checks once a week. I have had my cervix checked twice but only because I thought I may be leaking fluid one time and was having what turned out to be false labor the other time otherwise they don't start doing cervix checks until you are 38 weeks along at my OB. But with DS I believe they started to check my cervix at 35 weeks (I only made it to 37 with him and it was in a different state).

the usual didnt get a cervix check yet im 38 weeks but doc said at 39 weeks she would
