Everything suddenly changing... What?

I'll be 28 weeks on Friday, and for the past three or so days things have felt totally different. I have a huge appetite, I can sleep for hours and still be tired all day, and his movements have changed entirely. Instead of quick jabs to the side or gut, it's like a STRONG swimming motion, and then he's moving either his foot or fist in a weird fast way that is very low and has me looking like an idiot laughing because it tickles, then hurts. I was very stressed and distraught my first pregnancy due to certain circumstances so, this feels entirely new and weird and, every change seems to happen over night.
