TTC after uterine polyps removal

I go in on the 27th for a hysteroscopy to remove multiple uterine polyps. Although it's surgery, it's considered to be minor and the recovery time is relatively short (about a week or two.) SO and I have been considering TTC soon, and I'm just wondering if anyone knows about TTC after this surgery? Is there a rule of thumb on when it's safe to start? Has anyone had experience with this? TIA.  

You don't want to have sex for at least two weeks because they dilate the cervix. After that though you're good to go. I started my fertility cycle immediately following a hysteroscopy/polypectomy.

Just wondering how things turned out for you? I'm going to have a procedure done for the same reason. Dr found one polyp and mentioned we should remove it. My surgery date is on the 25th. Any suggestions?
