Bed time

When me and my daughter first moved were we currently live she would go to sleep when we put her in her crib she would jus lay there and drift off to sleep but now its a constant fight tears and screaming ive noticed after me and my husband go to bed my parents get her out we share a house with them untill our lease is out im also told while we work she wont nap sometimes 3/7 days a week i work untill 7 pm and am off 3 days a week but im not sure what is causing her problems with sleeping i dont get her out of bed when she cries i dont know if this is normal or how to correct this behavior shes 13 months old now i get home at 710 pm feed her sometimes bath her unless shes already been bath spend 30 min in her room playing with her then she is put into her bed where she screams kicks and cries i want to make it less stressfull on her so can sleep better she wakes up between 7-8 im not sure if its because my parents will get her out they say its fine she falls asleep on the carpet after 30 min with them i find that rediculous so i need advice anything please dont be rude
