Not gonna lie - I really like a lot of those. Titus, Lior, Remus and Seamus....I used to live across the hall from a super hot guy named Titus. But you are right - Ezekiel is the most accessible and down to earth.

My SO already has a Melody and Harmony - super cheesy as is and he wants another girl to be Rhapsody, Rhythm or Symphony.....he can kiss my ass, lmao, smurf that smurf. Can you imagine te sex jokes Rhythm would get as a teen? No way in hell.

When I told the family DH and I were naming our daughter Luna, they didn't like it either. Got the whole "you sure?" "why?" "that's a terrible name" annnnd my MIL kept on suggesting names like she hadn't heard. Like you, DH and I had an AWFUL time coming to an agreement, so once we had one we both liked, we just stuck with it.

Our families came around and the name grew on them. Try not to stress about the fact that they don't like it. Tough for them, it's not their kid. If you really like the name keep it. Ezekiel is a good name.

Heck, my grandmother turned white when we told her we named our oldest Rue. This was after she was born. She was in a little bit of shock...I'm really thankful that we kept her name to ourselves before she was born.

Go with the name you like. Family will often try to sway you in the direction of names they like. Ezekiel is a great name! I would go ahead and name him that. They will grow to love him for who he is, not what you named him.

it's nice. I would advise keeping it to yourself and if someone brings it up just flat out tell them it's decided and you are done discussing it.
