maternity leave when did you stop working?

I'm due 12/14 but have had 2 previous babies who were both 1 and 2 weeks early, im thinking about taking leave as of Dec.1..when did you take maternity leave? I am not getting paid for it since i only work part time  

I was due dec 6th last year...i stopped working in september. lol. i had a lot of complications though....i was going to keep working until thanksgiving. So i guess two weeks before due date is good if you can handle it.

I worked up until the day before my scheduled induction and only because I had to have the doctor's approval to take leave. I couldn't just decide to go on maternity leave.

I was due Sept. 21st of 2011. I stopped working the 10th so it gave me time to mentally prepare and relax before becoming a new mommy. I ended up going into labor on the 13th.

I worked until my water broke.

Hopefully as close to delivery as possible. I don't get paid leave either but i only get acertin amount of time

Depends on what you can afford. I worked up until Friday before my Monday scheduled c-Section. I knew every day i worked was another say i could afford to be home with my baby

me too - i saved all time for AFTER i had my baby

I was working 40 hrs a week when i was pregnant w DS milking cows at a dairy farm! I worked until about 2 weeks before my due date and ended up having to b induced a week before that so i only got to take a week off :/

I worked up until the day I had my kids - actually went into labor with 2 of them at work. If you can handle working and your not getting paid for your leave, then I would work until the baby was born.

Girls i work with keep saying my water will break at work and they will draw names who gets to clean it up lol.

I worked up until the day before I went into labor. I had reduced my hours a lot though, I was just so uncomfortable.

Work put me into labor lol!

With my second I worked up until I had him but I have a cushy desk job and sat on my ass all day. With my first I was put on early leave in April had him in June and went back at the end of August.

I'm due Nov 26, my last day of work was Oct 31. I've had a more difficult pregnancy than my first this time around though.
