Seriously! That is not taking a break, that is being a smurfing loser. If he needs a break tell him to go hit some balls at the batting cages or run out for a coffee. Not going and hanging out in a drug house for two days.
Why would you even want him around?

Honestly OP addiction is a really hard thing to get past. If you want to be with him I would suggest getting help

hes also a drinker hes not a bad drunk but when he drinks to much he just passes rite out, and this is the first time hes really been outof the house beside when he works since shes been born but when i was pregnant he was hardly ever home heused to go and get get drunk every nite pretty much and i told him get whatever u want to do out of ur system out before our daughter come becuz im not going to put up with you never being home and coming back all smurf faced when shes here

Op, you have another child though. So when you were giving him until your daughter arrived to get it out of his system, he was still doing this around your older child. Why is that ok?

Nope it said he was there for more than 24 hours, two nights in a row and came home at like 2:30 in the morning. Not a few hours.

regardless of how long he is gone, if he is or isn't passing out, ect... he is hanging out a trap house and that isn't good.
