Which is more dominate?

posted 14th Nov
Blue or Hazel eyes.. My boyfriend has very beautiful blue-ish grey eyes and I have hazel/greenish eyes. I'm thinking blue eyes are more dominate.
My Boyfriend [The Daddy] lol

Me [The Mommy] lol

Well....

I have hazel eyes and SO has blue and my son has bright blue eyes. So I would say blue?

They might be like mine and change when he is older though...

You have to carry a blue eye gene for your child to get it. If one of your parents has blue eyes, your kid may.

It depends. Blue and hazel are both recessive colours, and the outcome would depend on whether you carry a gene for blue eyes.

My grandparents have blue eyes if that counts. So yes the blue eye gene runs in my family too, lol

I'd say it's probably 50/50.
We have the same colour combo, except I'm the one with blue eyes. But it really all depends. My second daughter's father has hazel eyes, I have blue eyes and she has big brown eyes.
