yeah...no thanks...I'd rather be with a man my children can love and have as their dad. Someone who respects their mother enough to not just have her as a mistress.

I understand what you are saying, many do blame only the "other woman" and not their SO. I personally believe both have some blame. The cheating man for well cheating knowing he has a wife and the other woman for continuing to have a relationship after she finds out he has a wife. Both of these people are capable of saying no.

I think it depends on what the husband does. Politicians, actors, and lawyers are notorious for infidelity and their wives stay with them for the prestige, bank accounts, and fancy parties. Would I be the mistress of a politician? Yes. Burger flipper? No.

My Mom was a mistress, and I hated her for it, and had no respect for her. Same for my brothers and sister.

Burger flipper, politician or military like my DH actually is, I'd be pissed if I found out he was cheating on me....again.
