I have to do a repeat c section. Mainly because my doctor wants to see my how my endometriosis is. Depending on how bad that is depends if I can just tie my tubes or have a hysterectomy. But I recovered nicely and quickly the last time so hopefully I do again this time.

Vaginal. My two previous were vaginal deliveries and I managed totally natural with my daughter and she was 9lbs. No tearing or anything, I'm hoping it goes as well this time.
You?

Will this be you fourth section? Is your doctor at all concerned. I don't know a lot about c sections but I know my sil was encouraged by her doctor to have her tubes tied with her third because of the risk with repeat sections. Have you ever had any complications?

I am never getting my tubes tied. I will say no. I will try for a vaginal delivery after my first c section. I don't want another c section because they will have no choice but to put me to sleep. I can't have an epedural because of my scoleosis in my back.

No I haven't had any complications other than dealing with my endometriosis this time around as well as my ovarian cyst. My doctor isn't too concerned just because I did t have a ton of scar tissue the last time. But cut the opposite way (up and down) if she sees an issues. We will be talking more about that on Friday. I am choosing to tie my tubes just because I have endometriosis and could later become a problem with my health.

That's cool. I never seen an OB have a midwife! That's pretty cool. Guess the best of both worlds. Have you narrowed down any names yet?
