I have 42 pounds to loose! And it seems like so much and i have always had a hard time staying on track! any tips?

I think the easiest way is to start with a 20 minute walk, everyday! And just see what foods you eat currently that you can live without, and stop eating them. And do it slowly, and more and more add more fruits and veggies, and less junk food and sodas, etc.

The healthy body and the maintenance of the body will basically depends upon the food we eat and also the amount of work performing with our body. The unrealistic weight loss is not a good practice for health and also for the body, It leads to various health problems. The proper diet should be followed with out neglecting and the food we eat must consists of proteins, carbohydrates and all other nutrients required for our body. The mediation and the exercises also best serves the purpose in weight loss. Produce some more attachments for the more detailed view.
