Paypal dispute timeframe.

So we opened a case for an Ebay transaction gone wrong...and paypal escalated the dispute, they told us that if the seller didn't respond in 10 days they would refund the money.
This might be a stupid question...but would that mean they refund the money on the 11th day?

It could be on the 11 th day or even later than that. My aunt had the same thing happen to her and now she's always having to call them to have them release her money on deals even after the bad one

Yeah it is but they don't care and there not very helpful when you call them either
