Pregnancy number 3 has been so much harder than my others. I'm 14 weeks today and I can't tell you when the last time I got a good night of sleep was. My main problem is pain in my back, legs, and hips. I've gotten a body pillow and it hasn't helped any. It doesn't seem to matter what position I lay in, I just hurt. I've also upped my calcium to see if that would help, but it hasn't. I expect discomfort later on in the pregnancy, not this early.
Anyone out there have any tips for me? I'll try just about anything!
This happened to me around 15wks as well. It was awful. The only thing that helped me was warm baths and tylenol. As far as something to help you sleep I take tylenol pm but I think you can only take that in your third tri..I could be wrong though.
