You need to go to the police NOW! I'm so sorry you had to go through something like that. That is definitely rape.

I am going to sound like ass I guess, yes if you told him no you were raped, and for that I am sorry. You need to get tested and plan B all that. File a report but understand, it's going to drag you through the mud. He is going to say you consented, willingly sent pictures and all that. It'll be a hard case to prosecute.

It does not matter what she did preceding the incident. She could have been giving him a BJ and decided she was done. It gives him no right whatsoever to do what he did. It's not her fault in the least. People are allowed to go as far as they're comfortable with and then say no more.

I don't care if she took every piece of clothes off of herself, and laid next to him in a bed. She said NO!! That is what counts!

If you told him no, and he did it anyway, you were raped.
It doesn't matter where you were, what you did, who you are, or how many pictures you sent him.
That being said, I do think that it will be a hard case to prosecute.

I agree and I do NOT think that this is her fault. I just think that everyone needs to think about impressions that they may give when sending naked pictures. Furthermore, texting and messaging all day yesterday but not getting a response. I have a degree in criminal justice and a rapist will do all they can to make it look like this was planned, and now she's upset that he doesn't want to be with her.

That doesn't matter. She could have consented to sex, changed her mind and said no during and if he didn't stop, that's rape. Regardless of her actions up to that point, she said no.

That's true and I do think it would be very hard to prosecute in this situation. But if she does go to the police, there will be a record if, God forbid, something like this happens in the future.
