I leave it as dark and quiet as possible.

I left everything off except a small night light so I could see. I had a hard enough time with my kids having their days/nights mixed up, I didn't want to ruin my hard work!

I keep every thing off. I don't want ds getting to much stimulation so he will go back to sleep.

We just have a night light, when I hear my son moving around I just sit still, if he gets up and starts crying then I will pick him up and feed him. Sometimes though just bringing them in bed and letting them pass out with you is nice but my son rolls around and expects a bottle lol

I turn a small light on to check if his diaper needs to be changed and change him if it needs to be. Then I turn everything off but my phone. He has a hard enough time going to bed at night, no point in getting him all stimulated to then fight to get him to sleep.
