Anyone tried these diet pills?

I have been taking African mango plus diet pills because i went from being size 6 to size 18 during pregnancy   ..!! been on the pills for 3 weeks so far lost 2 kgs & feel way better with sleep and happiness but wondering anyone else tried it i just started on these and haven't seen many reviews....

Ive never heqrd of them... But most diet pills are u safe and exercise and healthy eating is the ebst way to lose weight and keep it from coming abck
