Again?!?!

My son is 12 months old and is just getting over a horrible cold and flu. He was so sick   and it was the worst and I really don't want him to get sick like that again. I have been cleaning everything, wiping down everything with clorox and spraying everything with lysol but I'm afraid he is going to still get sick again. I think I'm worrying myself sick about it!

Now I'm sick and I'm afraid he is going to get sick again either from me or because I haven't disinfected/sanitized everything good enough. Does or has your lo ever gotten sick after they have just been sick? Is there any type of vitamins or anything I could give him to help his immune system?

C is a good vitamin. Depending how old he is.

they have baby echanacia. And elderberry . Love the stuff. I also gave/give vits during cold.flu season.
