All of that is unneeded. I have studied. I'm sure plenty of women give birth naturally when they have to pee. You must be a nurse or something. You shouldnt be talking to someone who hates the medical profession, and knows better than them.

I'm not suing for the money. I'm not greedy in the least. And I'm not whining about this for no reason. I'm want to sue to raise awareness for all the women, and men, affected by this. And hopefully out of all of it I can get a therapist to see for awhile. I want them to pay for my therapist, they caused the problems. I'm not looking for a new Lamborghini here.

yes, but it is obvious that you are lacking knowledge regarding the medical side of your situation. After the fetus has reach the age of viability of a pregnancy, which is approximately 22 wks gestation, the baby becomes the major concern for the attending dr. From the information that I have gathered if they would have done what you said and stopped all medical interventions you and your child may have suffered tremendous physical harm and even death. I was just trying to help you to see that they seemed to be doing what was best for the child. Perhaps you shouldn't hate someone that possibly saved your and your child's life. You really should go to a therapist if you are having problems.

They can develop ptsd from going through that experience with his partner. My husband is having lasting affects similar to mine, as well.

you're definition of birth rape was something being inserted into your vagina without consent. I pretty sure he doesn't have a vagina to insert anything in.

We all lose our dignity in labour, and control. Sure they were rude to you but they need to do their job and you were probably pissing them off saying no
U and your husband obviously need to see a therapist. Letting this drag on and ruin your relationship is ridiculous.

Im sorry, but you and your baby are still alive because of what they did. BE THANKFUL! My first born daughter wasn't so lucky. Try being in labor for 4 days after having 2 therapeutic amnios, placed in the hospital in the high risk ward praying that you would stay pregnant for just three more months. But by the forth day your water breaking and having an emergency c-section while fully dilated and efaced. I only had 10 hours with her. If it wasn't for everything the doctors did for us, I would be dead and we would have never had her for as long as we did. Stop being ungrateful. I WISH her birth was as good as your sons birth was.
