Shave

I walked up to SO a minute ago because when I went to the bathroom I remembered I hadn't shaved in a couple weeks & that I can't see how long the hair is, etc. I asked him flat out 'do I need to shave?' He responds with 'idk, do you think you need to?'

At this point my roommate is asleep so I ripped my pants down in the living room & ask 'Does it LOOK like I need to?!' SO casually looks at me & says no then begins playing the new Halo game again. I feel silly now but at least I got my answer. I might still shave but it takes forever!

Has anyone else had issues with it towards the end of pregnancy? I'm about to try to shave my legs again as well but they are easier than shaving my downstairs(haha)

Hardest thing to do!! Especially blind as a bat. I nikked myself a few times too

Oh man... I just stopped shaving altogether long about week 32. It was way too hard to see down there and there's no way in hell I would've done it by touch or trial and error. Smuuuurf that.

Fortunately my husband doesn't mind the natural look, lol. He actually likes a little bit of hair. I recently found this out after doing pretty much the same thing you did (asking him point blank what he preferred)  

Edit: I cannot believe I just posted that on a public forum... lol.

I shaved right up to the bitter end.. it was no easy task though.

That's what I'm afraid of! I don't want to cut myself but I know unless I stand in front of the mirror in the bathroom in a chair that I won't see it all

I never stopped shaving... I don't feel comfy in bed unless I'm smooth... with my 1st pregnancy I had a standup shower, so I used to just squat and feel around, my last 2 pregnancies I would put 1 leg on soap dish... I was always surprised how flexible I ended up being... lol

SO said he doesn't mind the natural look but then he'll cut me a devious smile & joke about how my dr probably gets bothered by it(I know my dr probably doesn't care at all)but it still worries me slightly. That & anytime I let it grow out even a little SO calls me lady redbush!

Get a little hand held compact mirror. I am 35 weeks & it helps a ton! Without it I wouldn't be able to see my lady bits at all. Lmao.

I've been searching for my covergirl compact mirror for a good 4 months now! I can't find it anywhere

That sucks. I lost mine a while back & attempted to shave blindly. It was a horrible experience. At least you don't have too much longer to go. (:

I seriously haven't seen my lady bits in months! But I do shave! LOL I just feel around! Last time I cut my myself a couple times but the thought of giving birth and being like a jungle freaks me out! So I have kept it pretty clean down under! I also keep my legs shaved to the first time I ended up in L&D I was SO freaking hairy I was disgusted anytime a nurse would brush against my leg. Since I'm so close to delivering I shave every other day. Haha My SO has helped me shave a couple times!   If you think you got it all and can't tell have him take a look! LOL

i have my hubby take a lady ajustable trimmer and shave me i dont like it bald it itches i have him do it super short he dont care either way if its long or short but i needed to do it cause i was haveing ultrasounds down in that area once a month so thats when i trim it super short feels better to and hubby is good at it and dont nick me like i would my self

Lol the closest SO has gotten to me is helping me trim. No way is he getting a razor!
