Birthday party games for 6 year olds?

My daughter is having a pool party this year. I thought it was an hour in the pool, and half hour out of it with the food, but apparently it is an hour in the pool, and an hour out. So now I'm all worried that an hour out of the pool is too long, and that I should have at least one game planned, just incase the kids eat, then start getting bored or something. lol. Any ideas? Being that there will be about 20 kids... I don't want to do games that take forever and only really have one winner. So nothing like pass the parcel, musical chairs or pin the tail on the donkey. Can anyone think of a game that is fun for the kids, but where there is no real winners prize? I just want to give them something to do once they've eaten before their parents come collect them.

For deans 6th bday party we had a pool party, when kids got out of pool we had *batman* come and do superhero training, and he gave all the kids tattoos and took pixs with every1, it was about an hour and half where I didn't hve to mess with them lol,

Its not a game but its fun.
Last yr for my dd's pool party here, we bought cheap flip flops from the dollar store and craft glue and ribbons flowers etc and decorated flip flops to take home.
We also made candy kabobs

Pin the crown on the princess is fun too.

It's at a venue, so I'm not sure how much mess or noise we can make. lol. It's at a gym, so I'm assuming there will be people training in the next rooms. I thought maybe getting a face painter in... But then that's an extra $60 on top of everything else.

Usually you can do whatever in them even at a venue. We di that the yr before we put are pool in, and we were allowed to decorate and do whatever in the room, no noise mimumn or anything. lol

Why pay someone to paint faces, I just let the kids paint each others faces at the kids parties.
