likea month ago jon(stupid sperm donor/baby daddy)and i talked for the sake of devani and the sole reason i bother with his dumbass, about him helping me financially because for the past 6 months of her life he has helped with nothing at all and he agreed to give me 200 and we decided that that was jus something to work with so now after a month i see that 200 is shitty and i need more for her and i told him and he basically reacted with im a cocky bitch who ruins his life daily and blocked me. so im really pissed off because its like i cant do anything but file for child support and knowing him hed try to take her away just to spite me ugh plus child support takes months and months to get through fuck.

Oh, and he does ecstacy every damn day of his life, and has even admitted it to me and all that "good stuff" so I would hope he wouldnt be ablet to even try and take her away from me but hey theres always the sick possibility.

p.s: My life sucks right now because of this immature bullshit of his I have to deal with way too often, I mean he should thank me for even letting him be as much of a part of her life as Ive let him, with his horrible attitude and logic, drunk diriving, and rolling. ughhhhhhhhhh
what the hell am I supposed to do now?

How can he take her away?? Especially if he does drugs, he can't. I would copy those conversations and take him to court for shild support.   I'm sorry your life sucks *hugs* I know that doens't help much though!

yeah I have the conversations where he has admitted it and I could get some written statements from his friends which happen to be some of my friends swearing about it to, but Im just not sure howfar that would even go, I meantheyd prolly just make him take some stupid parenting classes.

I have baby daddy drama too and im still pregnant My heart goes out to you honey!!! He says he is taking it as soon as he/she is born..WE DONT EVEN KNOW THE SEX YET!!!!!!! haha. But im not an unfit mother im just hormonal and have a nervous break down everytime he walks out on me

Well he would have supervised visitation a couple hours a week or 2 weeks at the most, unless you get a dumbass judge. Written statements and proof go really far in the court room; he can't deny anything then. Plus drug testing and etc...
