I live in il, and while filling that app out online, it said family group. It considered spouse. So does that mean I don't have to? Spouse is husband right?

Well I will give his name, that's no problem. Will his income be considered because its just asking for spouse?

If he lives with you then yes if he doesn't but gives you money for the baby then that portion that he gives you will be used
