I like the cursive font used in that last picture, lol. Then again I understand wanting to go for a more indie vibe given the product you're selling. I actually don't mind the font in the first two but they are kind of hard on the eyes for a few seconds. As for the background color I prefer the blue.

It looks better on the page there   Although I do love the other fonts you posted too with your son.

I like the blue one. The color is nicer. I don't like that font at all though.

See, my thoughts are like your's. We were looking at a 'chalk board' type look for a bit, but then, it doesn't really fit the shop.

Also, my screen is on the brightest possible setting, so i'm not sure how it's translating to other people's screens

I really like that one too   But didn't know if it was too...cutesy? Maybe the little "heart" period is just throwing me off  
We're definitely going for a more natural vibe if that makes sense?
