How was your experience while doing it ? What all did you do ?

its super easy! i never went to meetings, me a my friends just did it ourselves at home. but i lost about 15 lbs while doing it!

I loved it before the new point system. It worked wonders for me but once the points system changed it really didn't work for me

Oh i see   I plan on going to the gym when i can and do lots of walking.

Everyone gets the same amount of points. Before it would go by your weight. After the points changed I wasn't really losing the weight like I did before. It been years since I've done it though so I can't remember what the other differences are.

Oh i see, i am hoping it works for me and i stick to it. A few years back i did Jenny Craig and it worked well for me. I just got tired of eating the food.

you can eat what ever you want, just you have to count your points out. when you run out of points, you dont eat anymore that day, or eat things that are zero points like veggies

I did it with the old point system and the new point system. I love the program. On the new system there have been some changes. The points are now based on fat/carb/protein/fiber. Before they were more calorie based. Also, most fruit and veggies are now 0 points. This is good for getting you to eat healthy foods, but you HAVE to watch your fruits because they still have calories.

The points are not the same for everyone. They are different then they used to be. It's 26 points at the lowest and goes up from there based on height, weight, sex, things like that. You can swap activity points for food also, though I don't typically.

I really love the program. I lost a lot of weight a few years back when I did it, but slowly gained it back because I went back to eating crap. I've lost about 20lbs so far this time and am still doing it and very happy.
