2years and 3months after my c section

My belly is hurting really bad mostly in my lower abdomon where my csection scar is. My belly is pretty big and its hard and it hurts. My er doc said it was the scar tissue stretching any sugestions?

What do you mean suggestions?
for pain? take a tylenol and soak in the tub

Yes sorry any suggestions for the pain and how to help with the scar tissue stretching. Should I masage it or would that not be a safe thing?

I had the same thing with my 2nd. It's scar tissue trying to stretch.

Did you ask the Dr, while you there? Did you go to the ER for this pain?

Yes I went to the er for the pain the doctor did a pelvic exzqm and said it was the scar tisue. He gave me nothing for the pain but said it was going to hurt .

There's really nothing you CAN do for it. Heating pad helped me some, and you can rub it. How many weeks are you? For me, it went away by 20w. I'm 13w with my 3rd and haven't had any scar pain yet

Be 16 weeks in two days it started at 12 weeks the scar pain but then it would go away now its back with a vengence so to speak
