Latch issues on one side only.

I'm getting so frustrated about this. My daughter prefers to nurse only on my left breast and she will barely latch on my right one. My midwife suspected it could be TMJ considering she was very bruised right after birth on her face. She suggested I go see a chiropractor and get her adjusted. We decided to take her today and she seems to be more comfortable moving her head to the right, but she still won't latch at all.  

I've been pumping on that side to try to keep my supply up and have started taking Fenugreek as well. I will only get half an ounce on that side and can easily get 3 ounces from the other. Is that normal or is my supply diminishing?

Also...any advice is appreciated for my latching issues. I've tried several different positions and nothing seems to work.

Yea, I've tried both and she hates both  

Just keep pumping the one she isn't taking to and keep trying. Eventually she will latch. My LO hated the right at first. Then he decided he liked the right but hated the left. Now he takes both.
