I made goulash. It was amazing!

I made chicken & broccoli stir fry served over rice.

Quiche with brocolli, bacon, cheese, & mushrooms. yumm yum

I roasted an extra chicken the other night so I am going to use it to make some chicken tortilla soup

I am sick, so we are having pancakes, sausage and eggs. Only because my daughter is the one cooking so that's something super easy for her. Well, I am supervising but she's doing most of it.

Chicken enchiladas and quinoa with black beans....maybe make some veggie juices too.


If I can just get unplugged from the sleeping/eating babe without waking him...*le sigh*

me too, usually we will have bacon and potatoes to go along with it, but um, she can't do those as well so it's just the basics tonight lol

It's the first time I've ever made it. I love how easy and fast it is to make!

baked mac and cheese, garlic bread and some sort or veggie that i haven't decided yet

i baked a whole chicken, green beans, corn, and mashed potatos

Gah. Look at all of you (or your bitches) getting productive in the kitchen! I'm going out for some asian wonton tacos   I never cook. Ever. Because I refuse to clean the kitchen!!!!
