Can you catch a stomach virus twice?

My son was sick with a stomach bug Saturday-Sunday. I caught it last night, and now my SO has it. My LO is completely better. Can he catch it again from us? He is totally shoved up my ass right now and is nursing nonstop. Probably why I'm so dehydrated lol.
