I understand!
Looks like you should take it while trying to conceive as well! Here is an article

http://www.babyhopes.com/articles/reasons-to-use-baby-aspirin-if-you-are-trying-to-conceive.html

Not sure why being in the UK effects anything, but it seems your largest chemist carries quite a few options -

However you need the low dose ones that are under 81 ml, so make sure to check that on the bottle, it'll be right on the front. This one would work -

But please be sure to see your doctor soon to make sure that there would be no complications with this miscarriage that could effect your next pregnancy, because there are a variety of problems you can develop from a miscarriage if you are not treated and seen by the Dr

You might have a clotting disorder which is what I have. There are many kinds but I have MTHMR. Which can cause miscarriages. This sould only be diagnosed by a dr so do not take anything with out knowing what you have. They can test you for blood clotting disorders or mutations by taking blood work from you. I'm prescribed 1 81mg baby aspirin a day plus a 400mg folic acid pill. Talk to your dr

You need to find a dr that cares, maybe a specialist?

Yes a fertility specialist would def be a good idea if you have had multiple miscarriages, they have a lot of experience with people trying to have children and dealing with loss.

the length of your cycle can also effect misscarriage rate. if your cycle is to short, it can cause complications and u may need progesterone to successfully carry a baby. u seriously need to find a new doc, fast!

even w/a 30day cycle the ''luteal'' phase in the cycle can be short (luteal phase defect) this causes a hormone imbalance that affect the ability to carry a baby.
