I haven't shared a dinner post in awhile, so here it goes!!
Tonight I cooked a Pork Tenderloin covered in Paula Deen's Classical BBQ Sauce, Green bean casserole in a sauteed and mushroom gravy topped with crispy onions, three cheese baked mac & cheese and a heart shaped brownie cake! Just waiting on SO to get home from hunting so we can dig in!!

I just sauteed some onions and garlic in a skillet with a tablespoon of EVOO. Then once they get soft I add a can of cream of mushroom. Let it all get bubbly and hot. Then open up the green bean cans in a oven-dish. Pour the sauce over the beans, mix and sprinkle some of the crispy onions on top. Bake on 325 for about 20 mins! Super simple and super good!
