Sharp back pain burning cramps

So I'm 35 weeks 6 days but measure almost 37 I have been getting stomach aches for the past week and they don't seem to subside they just get worse and when I pee I feel aches. Anyways now I'm having sharp left side low back pains it almost hurts to walk. Do you have any idea what this could mean.

Baby is shifting! thats what my dr told me.
Aparently the movement of baby in there puts pressure on that part of your body so it hurts. Could be any day now!
