Best product for severe dandruff

LO has really bad red, flaky, sore scalp, and her hair is so short and thin you can see it plainly and I feel so bad for her...I don't know what to do with it.. I've tried salycic acid 3% and then products containing pyrithione zinc but nothing seems to work, any advice?

I alternate that and TGel. Has she been seen for it? Could it possibly be psoriasis?

I use to use T-Gel because it works amazingly but after I discovered that using it causes me to be more prone to sunburn, as specified on the back of the bottle, I discontinued its use.

I use Head and Shoulders. If I use something else, I get extremely itchy. :/

Or Selsun Blue is good too. Just stinky.

This! It works very well but smells like ass.

I had to use it on DD when she had ringworm on her scalp.
