update on my aunt

update on my aunt karen she is out of surgery and they are getting ready to get her to walk around (the guy in the picture is my uncle bob her brother)
she has gastic by pass surgery(think that is what it is called) her diabetes was out of control and they couldn't get it under control and they told her this was really her only option she also has high blood pressure and some other stuff

Gastric bypass. And good for her! I hope she can stick to the diet that follows so she is successful!

she is planning on sticking to the diet and when she is able to she is going to use my 30 day shred to help out too
