any fetus experts? i am so lost right now :( ***TMI***

my last post was about clots in a period, this is something i'm unsure about i need to know what a baby would look like at 4 weeks 3 days? i am pretty sure i past sack, umbilical cord and finally a baby, some fleshy looking stuff was on my tampon again, like 3 lots this time, i wiped myself over down there, then got a very red looking clot more dark than anything, i decided to take it to the sink and see what it was, it was pretty hard like a frozen pea, i washed the blood off and found a black dot on it, also saw what looked like the heart, also saw a white spot in it, i'm not sure, but does this sound like a MC??

i took a test yesterday was negative, would be the same today

In my ultrasounds.. At four weeks there have only ever been a gestational sac..

Nothing. There isn't a baby at 4 weeks 3 days. Just a gestational sac. The fetal pole doesn't form until week 6.

I am not really sure, but you probably shouldn't be wearing a tampon with all of that coming out. It might cause you to get an infection. I would call your doctor's office to see if you can be seen. If it was a miscarriage, I would think that you would still be getting a positive pregnancy test, but I am not sure. Good luck and I hope that you are okay.

If you are m/c that early it would be just the sac. It would be pieces of tissues. I wouldn't wear a tampoon if you are m/c.

If you've been losing a lot of blood, then yes. Were you for sure pregnant? You should probably see a doctor.

as i said i took a pregnancy test yesterday came back negative

At 4 weeks, there's pretty much nothing in there. When i was pregnant last time and didn't know how far along I was, they didn't even see a gestational sac. Also, with my early m/c, there wasn't anything identifiable.

If you were far enough along to have stuff coming out that you could sortof identify, there should have been a positive test. Side note, you shouldn't get a positive now if you passed everything.

the thing is i aint loosing alot of blood, i feel faint tired, and keep getting dizzy like headed, i can see a doctor as i live too far away plus the all shut at 6 here

I got a positive a week after one of my miscarriages.

At 4 weeks the baby is .04 inches big. Take a pen and dot a piece a paper. That's about the same size. There isn't a definable umbilical cord or frtal pole yet. I would save the tissue and bring it to your doctor if you're concerned. I'm sorry hon. I was really hoping this was your month

Most dr's have an after hours number that you can call and talk to a dr. It can't hurt to call and speak to a dr to see what they recommend you do now. Typically speaking, they don't want you to fill more than 2 pads per hour. If you start bleeding more than that, I'd go to the ER. In my experience, you end up bleeding the most right around the time you pass stuff.
