at 4 weeks there is no "baby" nor umbillical cord... stop being ridiculous. its your period.

also at 4 weeks its not a fetus, its an embryo.

So, you took a test, but it was negative? I'll ask again, were you pregnant? I'm a little confused as to whether or not you were actually pregnant. This might just be a heavy period.

Maybe that's just how it worked for me then. /shrug. Normally when my blood tests started being negative, the bleeding and passing clots,etc. had essentially stopped. It was like that twice.

I'm pretty sure that if you were further along, you would have had a positive pregnancy test. This may just be a heavy period, like someone else said.

if you were further along you'd have got a + test though.

either keep the stuff that came out or take a picture for a doctor, but I'm sure it's just a nasty period.

i got a faint positive last week , then i tested again yesterday hoping it was gonna be darker, but came up negative   then i realised i was spotting brown, then pink then red

This but you could get a negitive test depending on hormone levels if any could be read on a home test

If you just MCed then you would still have hcg in your body.. even more so if you were further along
