how to pull yourself out of depression?

I feel so very depressed... I dont even want to do anything. A lot of it is because of my seasonal depression, but I feel so unmotivated! Anyone have any ideas?

Change of environment.. Get all of the negative people out of your life .. Get a hobby

Vitamin D supplements

I cried really hard telling DH all the things that were on my mind that I never talk about. I have felt sooo much better in the last week since that happened.

Yes I agree with this

I will have to try the vitamin D. I take vitamins, but I take the children's gummies with LO lol. I'll have to get the actual vitamin D supplements. And as far as change of environment goes, I might go to a friend's house out of state for the weekend.... Lets hope it works at least a little =-/
