Last night we had French dip crescents. It's probably the easiest thing to make. Ever. We had homemade baked fries and a salad with it. Not the healthiest, but it's tasty.

We're having toasted tomato sandwiches (tomato and cheddar on toasted pumpernickel with a little mayo and lots of maple dijon mustard- BEST SANDWICH EVARR) with roasted red pepper and tomato soup.
I'm having a really hard time eating meat lately Like in a week I eat it twice maybe. I was down to just chicken turkey and pork already but then my friend went and told me how chickens are treated before slaughter and now I'm completely turned off of it.. it sucks. SO hasn't started bitching yet either thankfully because I've been pretty good with variety and I feed him meat right before he gets fed up, to hold him over lol
So I say a soup/sandwich/salad combo. Easy and relatively healthy depending on what you have.
