what is this thing? :S ***tmi***

well here's the story, i been cramping all day non stop due to AF rudely showing at 11pm last night, anyway i just been to the toilet to change my tampon and found a really big looking clot attached to it, i thought to myself this is a MC, but i went to go and wash it off had a look and thought this aint a MC this is a 18.0mm peice of flesh, i've had it before which freaked me out when i was 14 i thought i was decomposing inside out :L anyway i would like to know, what is it? litterly scared the crap outta me D:

Take a pregnancy test if you want to know if it was a baby. If you JUST miscarried, the hormones should be still in your body.

Your uterine lining, you lose that when you have your period as well as old eggs.

wasn't matted or solid looking just like a disgusting skin thing D: dont really know how to describe it D:

been negative all the way so i doubt it was a baby, i'm just confused :/

it's just the lining. totally normal. some people have tons, other's have non. I had non until I went off birthcontrol.

Your description is EXACTLY what the first thing that came out of me with my miscarriage looked like. It looked like a piece of bloody flesh about twice the size of my thumb. It almost had a tongue-like consistency. Freaked me out since I didn't even know at the time I was pregnant. I didn't find out what it was until I started bleeding profusely 2 days later and was confirmed at the ER by test and ultrasound.
