Buying things!

Hubby and I have already started buying things for our son, who will be here in March. Did anyone else start buying things this early? Or did you wait until the babyshower to buy what you didn't get? We haven't bought big things yet, just little things, like diapers, wipes, onezies, sleepers, socks & booties and such, because we know things like the crib, carseat, bouncy seat, ect, will be given to us.

We bought all of the big things ourselves, we didn't expect people to buy that sort of stuff for us, and we had the bulk it before the shower.

we're not expecting those things to be bought for us, I just have very generous in laws. lol  

We bought all big stuff ourselves bc Ppl usually don't buy it for the babyshower. We got tons of clothes n diapers n wipes n lotions n shampoos for the babyshower. I added big stuff to the registry but it was a shopping list for us not friends n fam.

We had our entire nursery set up by 25 weeks. My grandmother bought me Every single thing off my registry. As soon as I set it up! So I didn't even have a baby shower.,

I've gotta get my stepson set up in his new room, before we can start setting up the nursery in his current room.
