I have read that you can have a drink here and there.

as for beer i wouldnt know, based on what its made of...

Last night I had chicken and cauliflower! And one beer..only because I always have a beer while watching my Vampire Diaries lol. This morning I didn't have time to make my coffee or to heat up my breakfast. So I had to stop at the gas station..which normally would result in me buying breakfast pizza, sandwich, or burrito. BUT I resisted the urges and bought my coffee and two bananas! Yay me lol. Now I am absolutely starving and lunch should be soon. Can't wait! Lol. Normally I get a salad, but I'm already bored of that..hopefully there will be more healthy options.

Well I have gone down 3lbs since last week! Woo hoo lol. But I did do kind of bad during the weekend and this morning. BUT time for me to stop slacking and to get serious again. Wish me luck for Thanksgiving LOL
