9 weeks pp. Major sweating issues at night. Anyone else?

It's SO gross. I literally wake up soaked.

I'm one of those people who need blankets to sleep, it's like a comfort thing. I have a lighter quilt and one sheet. Most nights I end up kicking off the sheet and just using the quilt (the sheet itself isn't enough for me to feel comfortable). I've always been a very "cold" person. I could usually use like 4 blankets, even with the heat on. Ever since about half way through my pregnancy, I've been SO HOT. I attributed it to the extra weight when I was preg. but I've lost most of my weight now and I'm still sweating. I actually have to use the AC in my bedroom at night, and it's November. I'm assuming it's hormones? Anyone else have this? When does it go away, if ever?

Mention it to the Ob-Gyn its not to uncommon during preg. or Ping to body returnP to sweat. It might be a hormone imbalance and or your body returning to normal still!

I had that during my pregnancy and it still hasn't fully gone away and my DS3 months

it happened to me, i figured it was probably hormones. i don't remember exactly when it went away, but i recall waking up one morning not long after DD turned 2 months and realizing i felt normal for the first time in months. i still get hot flashes every now and then, but it's not a constant thing anymore.
i hope it goes away and you feel comfortable soon!

I'm the same way at 10 weeks PP. I used to be so cold all the time, it's weird.

And I can't sleep without a blanket either, total comfort thing.

I had that until my son was almost 3 months.

It sucks. I used to like to take my showers at night so I had more time for other things in the morning, but it's pointless now. I take the time to blow dry and flat iron my hair, and when I wake up I look like medusa from being sweaty all night...so I have to wash it again lol.
